Refractories are senstive products and can be put off by the slightest installation mistakes or even wrong product applications. Inspectors help choosing correct products, guide the installation process, and help to properly perform initial heat up procedures ensuring products are installed correctly. This saves you time, money and unnecessary breakdowns.
Recycled aggregates are mostly bricks that have been used in furnaces/ boilers, that find use again as crushed aggregates in monolithic linings. If sorted and cleaned properly, these products offer clean and stable chemistry in refractory monolithic products, in some cases they offer much better chemical and volume stability as compared to virgin aggregates. They also come cheaper as compared to virgin aggregates.
